I'm Straight Up About to Predict Every Week 14 Winner in the NFL

Last week was my best prediction week by far. I went 11-3-1 and two of those three losses are very excusable. I only had one genuinely bad pick and that was picking the Titans over the Eagles, and I do admit that I was dumb in making that decision. Apart from that game I refuse to take blame for my other two missed picks, and will continue to claim that this past week was about as close as a man can get to perfection.

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Los Angeles Rams

Well whoopty doo here we are again with these two sorry excuses for football teams. One did me dirty once again last week, and one lost like the sweet and precious little disappointment they are. Look I know how this is going to go, no matter how I pick this game the Raiders are going to mess things up. They always do. I'm used to it at this point. I used to lose sleep and cry into my pillow every night thinking about what new and crazy ways the Raiders were going to come up with to screw up my picks. I am a stronger man now, and I am a man who is going to make my pick for this game with the utmost confidence. Winner: Raiders

Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions

I can already tell you that this week is not going to be as good as last week was. For example, my heart and gut are telling me to pick my darling Lions, while my brain is telling me to pick the inconsistent Vikings. Both teams got big wins last week, so momentum doesn't fall in either corner. Sure, the Vikings are the better team on paper, but the Lions have more grit and will to win. At the end of the day I am going to side with the masses and pick the Vikings, but I will not be mad in the slightest if the Lions come away with an upset. Winner: Vikings

Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

It's funny how things change. Just a few weeks ago and I would probably write one sentence for this game before picking the Ravens to win with the utmost certainty. Now, a week after seeing the Ravens beat the Broncos by one while Lamar Jackson goes down with an injury while the Steelers play solid enough to beat the Falcons, it has become a game I have to think about. I would hope that the Ravens have enough weapons to beat Pittsburgh even without Lamar, but I can't say that I'm positive in that assumption. I am going to pick the Ravens here despite my better judgement, but I can't say I'm happy about it. Winner: Ravens

Cleveland Browns vs. Cincinnati Bengals

In my fourth pick of the blog I finally get an easy choice. The Bengals got the best of the Chiefs last week and handed me one of my three losses. I was so positive they were going to lose, and they proved me wrong. Well this week I am so positive they are going to win, and I am hoping that they prove me right this time around. Winner: Bengals

New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills

We all know by this point that I'm picking the Bills every week. I could give you some long drawn out explanation but we all know what the result is going to be. However, the one thing I will say is that I am not stoked about playing a Jets team with a fantastic defense. Despite this, I am fairly confident that the Bills will come away from this game with a win. Winner: Bills

Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys

Okay so the Cowboys look like Super Bowl contenders. They have been absolute juggernauts the past few weeks. This week they play the worst team in the league. You see what I'm getting at? This is going to be an absolute disastrous bloodbath. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Cowboys broke the NFL scoring record. I wouldn't be surprised if the Texans just didn't show up to the game entirely. Winner: Cowboys

Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York Giants

I doubted the Eagles last week and I was wrong to do that. I thought the Titans may have something up their sleeve and I was firm in my belief that the Eagles were frauds. Well they shut me up real fast when they beat the breaks off of the Titans. This week they are going to do the same thing to the Giants, but this time I am actually going to play it safe and pick them to do it. Winner: Eagles

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans

Well the Titans let me down last week, so what. I was asking a lot of them, it's really not their fault. To take some of the stress and pressure off of them, they get to play the Jaguars this week. I am once again picking the Titans to win mostly because the Jags are so bad. Jacksonville got beat by nearly 30 last week by a team that's worse than Tennessee. This is one of the easier picks this week. Winner: Titans

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos

Kind of like the Titans, a team that took a tough loss last week gets an easy game this time around. I'm not going to harp too hard on their loss against the Bengals, but I will say that they are the Bengals' children. That' all I'm going to say about it I promise. I just hope Mahomes asks permission from Joe Burrow before he goes on his Denver road trip. Okay I'm done. Winner: Chiefs

Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks

Here is my weekly one sentence clear winner pick that has never and will never do me wrong as per usual. Winner: Seahawks

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. San Francisco 49ers

Another very easy pick here. As much as I respect Tom Brady and recognize the final push of that game to beat the Saints in the final seconds, I just gotta say, the 49ers aren't the Saints. The 49ers are still a team that I am very high on, and at the end of the day the Bucs are still a disappointment. Winner: 49ers

Miami Dolphins vs. Los Angeles Chargers

As much as I wish this game would be competitive, I have a hard time convincing myself that it will be. The Chargers lost to the Raiders last week and have just been major disappointments all year long, and the Dolphins have only been anything below fantastic when their QB nearly gets decapitated (or they're playing the 49ers). The Dolphins are going to win this game to extend their streak of excellency (apart from the whole 49ers thing), and the Chargers will lose once more. Winner: Dolphins

New England Patriots vs. Arizona Cardinals

This is actually a difficult game to pick. It shouldn't be, but the Cardinals decided they were going to be bad this year. So now, fourteen weeks after they made that decision, I am forced to actually think about a decision. The nerve of some people. The Cardinals offense is better than the Patriots offense, and vice-versa for the defenses. All in all, it wouldn't surprise me if we saw a tie. However, for the sake of seeking perfection I am going to just pick the Patriots and cross my fingers. Winner: Patriots
